He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yurkowski and Marie Yurkowski (Batiuk); his sister Joanne Stefanyk (Fred); and his siblings-in-law, Colette Beauchamp (Marcel), Bernard Chamberland (Marilyn) and Richard Chamberland.
He is survived by: his spouse Madelien Yurkowski (Chamberland); his children, Kim Adamcewicz (Kenton Adamcewicz) and Todd Yurkowski (Allison Yurkowski); his grandchildren, Lane Adamcewicz, Teagan Adamcewicz, Iain Yurkowski, Kyle Yurkowski and Reilly Yurkowski; his sister Marlene Wasylyk; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Wasylyk and Carol Salisny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Westview Care Community or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
