He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly and Sterling. He is survived by: his wife Eryne; his siblings, Kathy Puchinger (Willie) and Dan Horner (Glenda); his stepmother Janet Horner; his siblings, Shannon and Jon Horner; his friend Ken Rose; and also Patricia.
