He is survived by: his parent Theresa Cusack (Doherty); his children, Angela Cusack of Calgary, AB, Jeffery Cusack of Fredericton and Kimberley Pinsent (Zack) of Oromocto, NB; his siblings, Ernie Cusack (Gail) of Rusagonis, Andy Cusack of Fredericton, Bobby Cusack (Marilyn) of Fredericton, Brenda Porter (Doug) of Fredericton, Janice Breton (John) of Fredericton, Margaret Sutton (Paul) of Fredericton, Lynn Colford (Michael) of Boiestown and Beverley Michaud (Jeff) of Fredericton; his aunt Mary Barrett; and his significant other Brent Dickerson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
