He was predeceased by: his sister Sjouktje. He is survived by: his spouse Tjitske Vink of Calgary; and his children, Christine Fancie (Jay) of Aurora, ON, Derek Hart of Kelowna, BC, Joyce Jagt of Waterdown, ON and Andrew Vink (Rebecca) of Calgary. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
