Kuong Ly Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 83, Kuong Ly (Calgary, Alberta) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kuong Ly to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parent Ly Duc Tai; and his brothers, Ly Lam, Ly Tuong Nhon and Dam Minh Hoang. He is survived by: his wife Ly Thi Thanh Thuy of Calgary, AB; his daughters, Jessica Thanh Nguyen, Tram-Anh and Anne Anh-Thu; his sons-in-law, Ly Thanh Nguyen Jessica and Huynh Thanh Vinh; his siblings, Dam Minh Ngoc, Dam Minh Can, Dam Minh Duc and Dam Thi Minh Phung; his friends, Louisiana, Virginia, New York and France; and also Ly's. He is also survived by his three daughters, one goddaughter.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ly's Funeral Service (82 Crowfoot Cir NW, Calgary, AB T3G2T3). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
