She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Koltusky; and her children, Laura-Lee and Kurtis. She is survived by: her sister Karen Adams (Ron); her sibling's children, Lori Adams (Bob Grier) and Colin Adams (Jen Sully); her great-niece Carly Grier (Ryan Miller); her great-nephew Brendan Grier (Jazmyne Horbay-Verbonac); her brother-in-law John Koltusky (Sharon); and her great-nephews, Kyle, Austin and Justyn.
