He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Mae and Henry Mullins; his brothers, Donald and Gordon Mullins; and his parents-in-law, Amy and Phillip Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Amy (Sam); his children, Laura (Harold) and Sean (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jordan, Mackenzie and Brennan; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Mullins, Robert Hayes (Linda) and William Hayes (Twyla). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
