He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Sandra; his brother Daniel; and his parents, Rene Cornet and Annette Cornet. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Cornet (Patricia) and Jessica Thiessen (Joey); his grandchildren, Waylon Cornet and Dylan Cornet; his siblings, Robert (Toni), Maurice (Pearl) and Julie; his son Marc; and also, Bonnie (Jason), Matt, Kaiden, Aiden and Naish.
