He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Lee Sandmaier (Justin); his grandson Jude Axel; his siblings, Bill (Bonnie), Doug (Tammy), Charles (Dianne), Len (Corinne), Dan (Joy), Laverne and Brenda; Catherine Karnes. He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces.
