She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Anderson and Annie Anderson (Elliott); her husband Donald Capper; her brother Charles; and her sister-in-law Olive Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Capper (Kathy), Brenda Thomson (Jamie) and Wayne Capper (Jacki); her grandchildren, Ashley Brockhurst, Travis Capper (Gemma), Jessica Hall (Wes Chung), Samantha Woodley (Fred), Danielle Hall, Jennifer Thomson (Krista Forand), Cameron Thomson (Amanda), Brandon Capper (Amanda) and Torilyn Capper; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Ava, Emma, Wesley, Isabella, Scarlett, Lyric, Elizabeth and Braxton; and her nephew Brent Stauber (Noreen).
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, if friends and family desire, memorial donations may be made in Lillian's memory to the Daughters of the Nile philanthropy, Shriners Hospitals for Children®.
