She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bernard Johnson and Isobel Alice Johnson (Dalgliesh); her husband Donald Dunsmore; and her sister Carolyn. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Victor Lakusta; her daughters, Carla Dunsmore, Terese Dunsmore (Michael Hill) and Stefanie Schodrof (Michael Schodrof); and her grandchildren, Zachary Ward, Julie Ward, Geoffrey Hill, Steven Hill, Andrew Schodrof, Cooper Schodrof and Camille Schodrof.
