She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whitson and Mildred Whitson; and her significant other Gerry Thick of Whitehorse. She is survived by: her daughter Megan Greene (Luciano Scarcelli) of Calgary; her grandchildren, Jackson and Nixon; her stepgrandchildren, Angelina and Peter; and her siblings, Dennis Whitson (Marg), Ron Whitson (Val), Faye Lambert and Kim Johnson (Bryan). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
