He was predeceased by : his children, Rod and Terri. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis; his children, Dawn (Ben), Gay (Wayne) and Kelly (Michelle); his daughter-in-law Leslie; and his grandchildren, Jessie, Jake, Megan, Joanna and Jeff. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren and friends.
