He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Kerri Cook (Steve) and Kevin; his siblings, Keith (Rhonda), Betty Harris and Brian Cleveland (Dawn); his child Keith; Riley, Colin, Calder and Dawson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
