He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amalie; his daughters, Rita (Basil), Ingrid (Alex) and Suzin; his grandchildren, Josh, Becky, Alexandra (Andras), Julianna (Evan) and Andrew (Lisa); his sisters-in-law, Traudel and Elaine; his nephew Herbert; and his friend Rebecca. He was also cherished by his three daughters and always said the Three Sisters Mountains near Canmore were a monument to his girls.
