Luisa D'Alfonso Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luisa D'Alfonso (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on May 5, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Luisa D'Alfonso to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Amleto Silvio D'Alfonso; her son-in-law Scott; her parents, Antonio and Maria; her siblings, Lina, Joe, Bruna and Bruno; her nephew Albino; her in-laws, Ciccio, Rosa and Nicola; and her niece-in-law Francesca.

She is survived by: her children, Maria Rizzuti (Guido), Silvia Allan and Anthony D'Alfonso (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Franco Rizzuti (Lauren Bilinsky) of Calgary, Brianna Posca (Frankie) of Calgary, Alessia (Benjamin) of Calgary, Katia Allan of Calgary, Arianna (Alek) of Calgary and Tristan D'Alfonso of Calgary. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A prayer will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre St N, Calgary, AB T2E2V6). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mother of the Redeemer Parish (1714 14 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E1G3).
