He was predeceased by: his significant other Shaundra; his parents, Rose Wisham and Jose Fortch; and his sister Helen Fortch. He is survived by: his son Kyle Fortch; and his siblings, Susie Fortch, Patty and Paul Fortch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
