She was predeceased by: her husband Lucien Lamy (Lou). She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lamy (late Vi), Al Lamy (Betty), Carol Clegg (Charlie) and Brenda Pesonen (Harry); her grandchildren, Sheila, David, Shelley, Stacey, Jaime, Adam, Kristy and Robin (Honorary Pallbearers); her great grandchildren, Chloe, Reese, Rylie, Shane, Quist, Meirah, Kayden, Isabella, Olive, Oscar, Lexi, Emma, Kara, Jaxin and Adrian; and her sister Sharon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Foster's Garden Chapel Funeral Home & Crematorium (3220 4 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M3A5). A burial will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026.
If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Veterans Food Bank (https://cavss.ca), a cause close to both Marion and Lou's hearts.
