With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion Mercer (Calgary, Alberta), born in Minnedosa, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; and her son Dennis. She is survived by: her daughter Carol (Tom); her grandchildren, David and Jesse; her daughter Suzan (Peter); her grandchildren, Andrew, Philip and Rachael; her daughter Patricia; her grandchildren, Astaire, Johnny, Jessica and Aaron; her daughter Lisa (Darren); her grandchildren, Jenna, Carlee, Angel, Dustin and Levi; her children, Sarah and Lucas (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Spencer, Eve and Quinton.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Arbor Chapel) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church (31 Riverside Way, Okotoks, AB T1S1A6).
