Mark John Lawrence Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Mark John Lawrence in Calgary, Alberta. Mark, born on August 22, 1956 in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, passed away on June 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his birth mother Joan Lawrence; and his father Ferris Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lawrence of Calgary, AB; his daughters, Amanda Novello (Michael) and Melissa Lawrence (Jason); his stepchildren, Anita Ring and Jeffrey Ring (June); his grandchildren, Haley, Zachary and Mason Novello; his stepmother Faye Lawrence; his brothers, Kevin Lawrence (Cheryl) and Scott Lawrence (Laurie); and his half-brothers, Kurt Lawrence (Janique) and Gary Lawrence (Natalie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
