She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; and her siblings, Alex, John, Mike, Morris, Ann and Vera.

She is survived by: her children, David (Brenda), Donna Garand (Jim) and Dale (Shannon); her grandchildren, Brendon Garand (Maddie) and Justin Garand (Lauren); her brothers, Orest (Trish) and Fred (Kathy); her sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Sandra; and her close friend Laila.
