“I have some nice memories of Auntie Mary Lyall - being the flower girl at her wedding, spending time with her, Uncle Al and the boys in Saskatoon, Regina, and Calgary. She was supportive of my family - especially when Gerry and I were living and working in Calgary in the early 80s. One of the biggest adventures of my childhood was a train trip we took with Nan to visit her and Uncle Al in BC shortly after Jeff was born. She was always welcoming and hospitable; a quiet, supportive presence.”
