Mary Shumlich Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Shumlich (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on January 12, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Baba; and her siblings, John (Mary), Pete (Mary), Nick (Lena), Anne (Andrew), Kay (Alex) and Olga (George).
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Bernice), Tom (Kelly) and Rosanne (Bernie); her grandchildren, Jane (Dean), Paul (Aja), Riley (Robyn), Thomas, Marcus, Elise, Matthew (Amy) and Megan (Jaron); her great grandchildren, Cedar and Parker; and her brother Gene Pobran (Nelly).
Due to COVID protocol, there will be a private grave side family service held at 11:00 am on January 29th, 2021 at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, located at 24223 Township Road 242, Calgary, Alberta T3Z 3K2.
