He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra; his son Toby; his parents, Grace Beatrice and Maurice; and his sister Robyn.

He is survived by: his children, Heather (Jay) of Calgary, AB, Kory of Winnipeg, MB and Cameron of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Dominic (Heather), Owen Cleo, Jillian (Kory), Corbin and Abigail (Lies); and his sisters, Jacquelyn Rud (Robert) and Jerryl Tancon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
