He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joe and Edna; and his sister Linda. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hagel of Calgary, AB; his sons, Cody Hagel (Jacqui Stodalka) and Sheldon Hagel (Amanda); his grandchild Luca Hagel; and his siblings, Bruce (Sandy), Gord (Leona), Brenda (Bill) and Nadine (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
