He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy Litowski; his parents, Milton Slezak and Helen Slezak; his sister Shelly Duce; Michael and Ann Litowski.

He is survived by: his sister Cathy Kreuger (Don); his nephew Stephen; his great-niece Helena; his nephew Jordan (Lyndsay); his great-nephew Owen; his nephew Darren Kreuger; his great-niece Adeline; his brothers-in-law, Ted Duce and Rick Litowski; and his nephew Tanner. He is also survived by many extended family and a wide circle of friends.
