He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Dale (Jim Gallagher), Caroline LaPointe (Rod LaPointe) and Tamara Ternes; his grandchildren, Stephanie Dale (Steve Booth) and Cody Dale-McNair (Bri Kathol); his great grandchildren, Fia Booth and Anna Booth; and his siblings, Frances Dale, Ford Bowden and Jane Johnston (Ross Johnston).
