He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Kelba and Todder Kelba (Ted); his wife Ellen; his siblings, Betty (King), Doug (Cathy) and Grant (Colleen); his children, Joan (Mike), Tim (Tania), Stephen (Karin) and Paul (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Kristofer, Gabriel (Joan), Nathan, Benjamin (Tim), Richard, Alexander, Rhianna (Stephen) and Leo (Paul).
