She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Holowaychuk and Maria Holowaychuk; her husband Alex; and her siblings, Bill, Mary, John and Irene.
She is survived by: her son Alex (Jane); her granddaughter Mercedes (Bill); her great grandchildren, Caleb and Emily; her grandson Peter (Christine); her great grandchildren, Norah and Hayley; her son Barry (Lisa); her grandchildren, Ashley, Amber and Carson; and her siblings, Stella, Anne, Susan (John), Steve, Roy (Irene), Harry (Cathryn), Bob (Elly) and Dennis (Laura).
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Chapel) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4). A reception will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Lounge) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta or Alberta Cancer Foundation in Olga's memory.
