He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sophie Brandt of Calgary; his sister Loretta (Alain); his sister-in-law Anne; his sons, Michael (Chrissie), Murray (Susan), Ken (Angie) and Craig (Shelley); his grandchildren, Joe (Cindy), Amanda (Allan), Sarah, Nicholas, Natasha, Paula and John; his great grandchildren, Haileigh and Madison; his brother Raymond; and his parents, Cyril Brandt and Maria. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
