She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Topal and Dorothy Vis; her brothers, John Vis and Kenneth Vis; and her husband Earl Balderson.

She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy Kean (Bill); her grandchildren, Robyn Pagenkopf and Eric Pagenkopf (Kelly Morton); and her siblings, Floyd Vis (Susan), Thomas Vis (Arlene), Carol Vis and Suzann Vis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
