He is survived by: his daughter Isadora Lily; his mother Ardith; his siblings, Jami, Brett, Shayne, Jeremy, Charles and Charity; his great-aunt Harriet; and his nieces and nephews, Mercedes, Pias, Anashe, Brett Jr., Bristen, Kaydence, Isaiah, Kobe and Kaylilah. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

Phillip will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his daughter Isadora Lily, his mother Ardith; his siblings Jami, Brett, Shayne, Jeremy, Charles and Charity; and great aunts Beauty and Harriet.
