He was predeceased by: his parent Wylie Hunter; and his brother Gerald of North Bay. He is survived by: his parent Violet Hunter (Churchill); his spouse Elspa Nelson of Amherst; his sons, Keith (Wendy) of Oxford, NS and David (Ann) of Parksville, BC; his granddaughters, Emily Rowe (Jonathan) of St. John and Maggie Hunter of Calgary, AB; his great grandchild Frances Rowe of St. John; and his wife Audrey MacDonald. He is also survived by her children and several nieces and nephews.
