He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton and Dorothy. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra; his children, Joshua (Madilynn Rachel), Samantha (Waldo), Shawna and Krista; and his sisters, Janet (Patrick), Deborah (Craig) and Patricia (Murray). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
