He is survived by: his wife Lynn Blanchette of Calgary; his children, Leanne Blanchette (Maria Venegas) of Calgary and Ian Porter (Steven Cameron) of Vancouver; his brother Rick Blanchette (Karen); his sister-in-law Janice Graham; and his brother Bob Blanchette (Monica).
