He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Rudiak and Anne Rudiak; his wife Anne; his brother Bill of Elliot Lake; and his son David of Regina, Saskatchewan..

He is survived by: his daughter Dianne of Calgary; his grandsons, Daniel and David; his son Daniel (Lorianne) of Calgary; his daughter-in-law Lori of Regina, Saskatchewan; his siblings, Myron Rudiak (Carol) of Stratford, Oris Hanson (Ron) of Calgary, Alberta, Sonia Holden (Ray) of Fergus and Dana Stefurak (Con) of London, Ontario.; his grandchildren, Amanda, Austin, Chantal, Hope, Mathew, Tiffany and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Theophilus (Theo).
