He is survived by: his wife Judy Devos; his daughter Janet McNish; his stepdaughter Corry Devos; his siblings, Marjorie McPherson (Frank), Victor Minto (Jackie) and Derek Minto (Sue); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Befus (Charlene), Dave Befus and Robin Melnyk-Befus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, if friends and relatives so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Alzheimer Society of Calgary.
