We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020, at the age of 55, Richard Allen Gushulak in Calgary, Alberta, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Allen Gushulak to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his sister Melody Gushulak; and his parents, Walter Gushuliak and Dorothy Gushulak. He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane; and his brother Clarence Gushulak. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, only 10 people at a time will be allowed.
Over the years, as a member of Calgary Progressive Lifestyle Foundation, he worked for Sears, Southland Transport, YMCA, Parks and Recreation, Blockbuster Video, Flyer Force, Salvation Army, Calgary Public Library and Value Village to name a few.
