He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Annette Ray Skopik of Calgary; and his sons, Nikolas and Morgan. He is also survived by his two sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Rick's name to either the ALS Society of Alberta or to Dulcina Hospice in Calgary.
