He was predeceased by: his father Harry Stolk. He is survived by: his daughter Hayley Stolk (Taylor Wall); his mother Jenny Stolk; and his siblings, Ed Stolk (Terry), Jim Stolk (Wendy), Judy Stolk-Ingram (Ron) and Diane Rombough (Blair). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, a large extended family, and many dear friends.
