He was predeceased by: his son Dave Simanton; and his parents, Ed Simanton and Hazel Simanton. He is survived by: his wife Edie Simanton; his daughter Brenda Weber; his children-in-law, Kevin Nashiem and Krista Simanton (Travis); his grandchildren, Tyson, Shelby (Jesse), Carly, Jake and Luke; his siblings, Ron Simanton (Sarah), Shirley Walters (Richard), Vern Simanton (Val) and Ray Simanton (Ann); and his brother-in-law Arnie White.
