He was loved and cherished by many people including: the mother of his children Shirley; his siblings, Elenore and Bill; his nephews, Brian and Rick Hay; his granddaughter Taylor; his children, Denise Good (Jim), Scott (Denise) and David; his stepdaughters, Joanne (Gord) and Kim (Tim); and his grandchildren, Billy, Bruce, Kellie, Kennedy, Cecilia, Garyn and Ethan.
