He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kokotailo and Edna Kokotailo. He is survived by: his son David; his siblings, Ron (Darlene) and Reena; his nephew Luke (Lisa); his niece Rae (Suresh); and his great-nephews, Logan and Liam.
He will also be missed by a long-time circle of friends—many from the numismatic community—and remembered by colleagues for his support and contribution to numismatics in his beloved Calgary, across Canada, and beyond. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to a charity of your choice.
