He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Neil and Isabella "Isabelle" Neil; and his sister Tracy. He is survived by: his sons, Travis, Parker and Spencer; his wife Janee; and his sister Cathy (John). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
