He is survived by: his wife Lisa Page of Calgary, AB; his daughter Shayla (Jesse) of Calgary; his stepsons, Jackson (Macayla) and William (Brooklynn) of Calgary; his father Patrick of Calgary; his mother-in-law Carole Leech of Calgary; and his sister Debbie Reynolds (Max) of Nanaimo, BC..
