He is survived by: his wife Ardith Birchall of Calgary, AB; his children, Christopher Birchall, Phillip Birchall (Dianne) and Lorna Henderson (Will); his stepsons, Nathan Schultz (Jill) and Aaron Schultz; his grandchildren, Raelene Henderson (Dean Cheadle), Jania Bonkowski Schultz, Eva Birchall (Damian), Zachary Schultz and Jennifer Prevost (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Harrison Prevost and Isla Prevost.
