He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his sister Deborah McDonald (Vic); his nibling Bronwyn; his sister Dawn Dixon (Tim); his nephew Reid; his niece Olivia; his brother Steven MacDonald (Denise); his nephew Michael; Shirley (Peter), Laurie, Jan (Wally) and Scott (Nancy).
