He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charlie, Jack and Keith Kessler. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Gerry (Theresa) of Pacifica, California, Diane of Keedysville, Maryland and Tim Kessler (Pam) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Connor (Becca), Chris, Kierra Kessler (Charles) of Pacifica, Charlie, Amelia Kessler and Alec Steele (Kristine); his great grandchild Declan Steele of Calgary; his siblings, Peg Kessler of Regina, SK, Linda Kessler of Kingston, ON and Gene Kessler (Pat) of Pangman, SK; and his sister-in-law Arlene Block (Pete) of Saskatoon, SK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Varsity Community Association (4303 Varsity Dr NW, Calgary, AB T3A0Z7).
