He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Newman and Ivy A. Newman; his former wife Geraldine "Jerry"; his daughter Pamela "Penny"; and his granddaughter Rebecca.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his children, Kathryn, James and Ronald (Darlene); his brother Errol (Dorthy); his grandchildren, Chara, Kiel (Jennie) and Jeremy (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Kayla, Aria and Liam; and his great great grandchild Rebecca. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Eden Brook Funeral Home (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z3K2).
