He is survived by: his wife Marie Sigurdson of Calgary, AB; his children, Shellie (Simon) and Stefan (Heather); his grandchildren, Mathias, Layla, Maya, Ella, Kylie and Savanah; and his sisters, Inga Haas (late Alfred) and Lillian Skibinski (late Ed).
Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
